Key Holder- Portland Luggage Washington Square



At Portland Luggage, we believe in providing excellent customer service every time you walk in the door. To that extent, we carry a wide range of luggage and travel accessories in order to meet all manner of needs when traveling.



Portland Luggage is looking for a part-time key holder to join our team here at Washington Square Mall. The ideal person will interact with a diverse range of personalities in order to help our customer base find their perfect purchases; customer service experience; cash handling experience; constantly improve their knowledge about our products and the travel industry as a whole; and be able to thrive while working with people.



Responsibilities:

· Open/close the store

· Communicate proactively and effectively with the customers

· Resolve complex challenges to provide quality service

· Maintain the cleanliness of the store

· Properly communicate any challenges with the Washington Square management team and corporate representatives

· Properly prepare opening/closing paperwork including deposits at the end of business hours



Qualifications:

· Authorization to work in the U.S.

· High school diploma or GED

· Cash handling experience

· Customer service experience

· Schedules are flexible as needed for sick days; time off; and continued education.


There is a discount available for employees to use for themselves and immediate family members in the store. There are also mall employee discounts as well, however those are subject to change.

The hourly wage for this position will depend on geographic region; prior experience; and knowledge of the industry among other factors. There are also commissions and bonuses available on top of the hourly wage. Please send an email to Megean at pdxluggage05@gmail.com with a resume attached.
