Brighton is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Washington Square.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers
Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge
Build customer relationships
Support sales goals and store operations

Qualifications:
Retail experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with social media
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be 17 years or older
