With over 40 years of experience, the owner leads a trusted business known for exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and honest, high-quality service. We specialize in repairs, custom designs, ring resizing, stone setting, cleaning and polishing, watch battery replacements, watch overhauls and repairs (including high-end brands like Rolex), and gold and diamond buying. The Jeweler LLC is seeking an experienced part-time Salesperson with a great attitude, and willing to run the business when needed.

Job Description: Sales Associate (Part-Time)As the public face of our store, the Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers, answering questions about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities:

● Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.


● Assist customers with jewelry sales and respond to inquiries

● Operate the cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.

● Achieve established sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
This includes: directing customers to merchandise within the store, introducing promotions, and cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts. 

● Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. 

● Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.


Qualifications

● High school diploma

● Previous retail sales experience

● Jewelry or watch repair experience a plus (not required).

● Strong communication and customer service skills

● A professional appearance and positive attitude

● The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. 

● Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Compensation:

● Pay: Starting at $18.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

● Additional Compensation: Eligible to participate in the Store Sales Commission Incentive Program, which may increase total earnings.
