Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager you will help lead a high-energy team in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced, fashion-forward retail environment. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in daily store operations, team leadership, and maintaining the bold, urban brand image Shiekh is known for.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sneakers, streetwear, and retail leadership

Reasonability's

1. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals

2. Supervise, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service

3. Open and close the store in accordance with company policies

4. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing

5. Manage visual merchandising standards to align with Shiekh's brand image

Qualification's

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Basic computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office, inventory systems)

3. Willing to learn something new and improve also able to work in a fast paced environment 

4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

5. High school diploma or equivalent
