The Guest Services/Security Center is located between Summit Court and the new west entrance. A Guest Services or Security representative may be reached in person or by phone at 503-639-8860 ext. 0 from 10am - 9pm Monday through Saturday and 10am - 7pm on Sundays. We also have a 24-hour Security office which has an outside entrance on the east side of the mall between the Summit Food Collection entrance and JCPenney.
