Washington Square offers many amenities to enhance your experience including family restrooms & nursing areas, comfortable soft seating areas, a children's play area, and conveniently located single & double stroller rentals.
The Guest Services/Security Center, located between Summit Court and the new west entrance, offers a variety of services.
- Gift Cards
Washington Square offers One Great Gift Card that is redeemable at all merchants and restaurants that accept Visa debit cards. Visa pre-paid Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $20 - $500. The fee for One Great Gift Card is $2.00. It can be purchased at Guest Services.

- Infant Strollers
Infant Strollers are available at the Guest Services/Security Center for free.
- Wheelchairs/Electric Carts
Wheelchairs are available at the Guest Services/Security Center for free.
- Lost and Found
Check the Guest Services/Security Center for an item you lost in the mall.
- Faxes
Guests and store employees may send or receive faxes from the Guest Services/Security Center for 50 cents per page. The first page is $2 for long distance faxes. The fax number for Guest Services is 503-620-6602.
- Mall Information
Call or stop by for any information regarding mall events, store phone numbers, directions, and mall brochures.
- Free Wireless Internet
Visit our Summit Food Court for free wireless internet. Available only in the Summit Food Court.
- Stamps
Stamps are available at Guest Services/Security Center in books of 10.
- Postal Drop
Washington Square's mailbox for postal drops is outside the mall entrance opposite of Nordstrom (mall entrance near Newport Bay).
- Tri-Met Bus Passes

Security assistance is available to guests by either visiting the Guest Services/Security Center, the Security Office, or stopping a Security Officer in the mall.
