Washington Square Guest Services is located between Summit Court and the new west entrance.  A Guest Services or Security representative may be reached in person or by phone at 503-639-8860 ext. 0, Monday - Saturday from 10am to 9pm and Sunday from 10am to 7pm. Please Note - Washington Square offers extended Holiday Mall Hours* for your shopping convenience. *Anchor store and restaurant hours may vary.

We also have a 24-hour Security office which has an outside entrance on the east side of the mall between the Summit Food Collection entrance and JCPenney.
