Security Assistance and Lost & Found

Washington Square offers 24-hour professional Security. Security assistance is available to guests by visiting the Security Office or by stopping a Security Officer in the mall.  The Security Office is accessible through an exterior entrance on the east side of the mall between the Summit Food Collection entrance and JCPenney. Security is also able to provide wheelchairs and electric carts complimentary to guests while they shop.

All members of the Security team are trained in First Aid, CPR, and are AED (Automatic Electronic Defibrillator) certified. To contact Washington Square Security, call (503) 620-1268.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available first come first serve. Contact security at (503) 352-8879 for information.

Children's Play Area  

The play area is open for children 42-inches and under. Located near JCPenney.

Mall Walking

The property is open for walking beginning at 7 a.m. Holiday hours may vary.

Electric Vehicle Charging

EV Charging stations are available outside the Summit Food Collection entrance and the top level of the west parking deck near lululemon. Additionally, there are TESLA charging stations on the lower level of the west parking deck between The Cheesecake Factory and Nordstrom.
