We are now selecting team members at our Washington Square Jamba Juice!
We are a locally owned and operated Jamba Juice franchise that’s been in business for the last 25 years. We are passionate about leaving our mark on the community, which starts with taking care of our team members so they can take care of our guests! We do this through a starting wage of $10/hour, scholarship opportunities, a 401k matching program, generous employee discounts, and a positive work/life balance.
Our team members take pride in interacting with our guests, and serving Jamba Juice’s delicious products! You must be prepared to retain a lot of information and work hard if you join the team. The nature of the work requires that team members move from one job to another as needed. There is always something to be done, and this is literally a fast-paced environment! If they are not busy, then team members are expected to take on tasks they see that need to get done, and pitch in to help their teammates to make every guest interaction a memorable one.
We can offer part-time or full-time schedules depending on what you are looking for and the needs of the store. Whether you plan on working with us for the summer or for your entire career, all employees have the opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities that result in pay increases.
