Jamba Juice

Shift Lead

Posted October 3, 2016
We are now selecting shift leads at our Washington Square Jamba Juice!
We are a locally owned and operated Jamba Juice franchise that’s been in business for the last 25 years. We are passionate about leaving our mark on the community, which starts with taking care of our employees so they can take care of our guests! We do this through a starting wage of $11/hour for our shift leads, scholarship opportunities, a 401k matching program, generous employee discounts, and a positive work/life balance.
Our shift leads take pride in interacting with our guests, and serving Jamba Juice’s delicious products. At Jamba Juice, we don’t have multiple job titles for our employees – all of our employees will play the role of dishwasher, cashier, smoothie-maker, Banana-person, or sample-server. You must be prepared to learn a lot and work hard if you join the team. The nature of the work requires that employees move from one job to another as needed. There is always something to be done, and this is literally a fast-paced environment! Shift leads are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and quality products. They are also responsible for overseeing team members, and handling a wide range of admin tasks.
We can offer part-time or full-time schedules depending on what you are looking for and the needs of the store. In general, we do have more day-shifts available to be filled, and we require all employees to have some sort of weekend availability. We can discuss the specifics during the application process!
We promote our managers from within and are looking for that next generation of leaders to apply now. Whether you plan on working with us for the summer or for your entire career, all employees have the opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities that result in pay increases.
You can either apply by sending your resume to jobs@bumsinc.com or in-person at the Washington Square Jamba Juice. Also, you will earn bonus points if you include your shift availability in the body of your email.
